THƯ PHÚC ĐÁP GỞI TỔNG GIÁM ĐỐC PHILIPPINE SOCIETY OF MINING

Dear Director
Philippine Society of Mining Engineers

We are very delighted to receive your mail, and specially very grateful knowing that you are disseminating the letter to your colleages and associates.

I'm sure that people of the Philippines, like Vietnamese people, are facing the bold invasion, even by stealth - peaceful coorperation with guns pointing at our countries, from this current Chinese government. We all are convincing that with people power we could push back and defeat the Chinese invasion.

The Philippines and Vietnam are the countries that will suffer the most if we keep quiet and let China does at will. The people of The Philippines are lucky to have your government standing firm against the expansionist Chinese. We Vietnamese are not that lucky.

We are trying to publicize this letter to the public through News and Televisions to raise the awareness of people around the world. We are very grateful if you and your colleages could assist us in forwarding our Press Release attached with this email to local new outlets as well as other professional organizations.

Thank you very much for your kind assistance.

Best Regards

Hung Nguyen.
